Luxembourg, 16 February 2021. – Information from Baikonur: An uncrewed Russian Progress 77 carrying over one ton of nitrogen, water and propellant to the Worldwide Area Station (ISS) launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan yesterday, NASA stated.

The resupply ship reached preliminary orbit and deployed its photo voltaic arrays and navigational antennas as deliberate for a two-day rendezvous on its strategy to meet up with the orbiting laboratory and its crew members, the U.S. company stated.

After making 33 orbits of Earth on its journey, the spacecraft will robotically dock to the station’s Pirs docking compartment on the Russian phase on Wednesday.
