OneWeb to use SatixFy terminals for in-flight Wifi – SpaceWatch.Global

Paris, 22 March 2021. – The LEO fleet operator OneWeb signed an settlement with the British part producer SatixFy to offer Wifi connectivity on planes, the European House Company (ESA) introduced.

SatixFy will develop in-flight connectivity terminals for OneWeb’s constellation of low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellites, in addition to for geostationary satellite tv for pc networks, the company mentioned. The cooperation is to considerably increase broadband companies and Wifi velocity on planes.
