NASA’s Messenger Mission to Mercury [Infographic]

Messenger Mercury OrbiterWithin the 1970s, Mariner 10 photographed lower than half of Mercury’s floor. MESSENGER’s mission is to enter orbit across the planet, full the detailed mapping of Mercury and return information about magnetic fields and within the planet’s neighborhood. MESSENGER stands for “MErcury Floor, ENvironment, GEochemistry and Ranging”.
